At Luckyscent, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance journey, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unopened and unused products in their original packaging. Please note that due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened bottles, skincare, or individual sample vials.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is unopened, still in its original cellophane wrap, and within 30 days of the delivery date.

• 2.
  Request an RMA

  Contact our customer service team via email to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.

• 3.
  Pack Your Return

  Securely pack the item in a sturdy box with adequate cushioning to prevent damage during transit and clearly write your RMA number on the outside.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your package using a trackable shipping method; once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method minus shipping fees.
